An extra special 21st birthday cake
This cake was created for a coworkers 21st birthday. I took this
opportunity to create something a little less whimsical than my other
cakes and add a touch of class for a new more mature young lady.
Cake: Chocolate chip pound cake
Filling: Cream cheese frosting
Everybody's favorite cat
Hello Kitty Cake
Cake: Yellow butter cake
Filling: Vanilla pastry cream
Frosting: Vanilla buttercream
Sweet little kids
Sugar cookies with royal icing
Personalized kids cookies for birthday party gift bags.
Each cookie was made to resemble the individual guest.

Typewriter
This "typewriter" that types music notes was my entry
for the threadcakes competition. I didn't place but I'm
still quite happy with what I was able to create.
Birthday cake for my good friend Dan's birthday.
Inside is a delicious white pound cake, iced with
cream cheese frosting.
Plated desserts made in class from chocolate
and raspberry mousse, to cheesecakes and
decadent chocolate cake.
